Sinton Electric Co., Ltd. is one sub-company of the Sinton group which started its business in 2001, We have formed a comprehensive group with energy-saving heating products as the mainstay, including import and export trade. Sinton's production base is its subsidiary China Hopebond Eco-Tech Co., Ltd., which is a national high-tech enterprise. The self-built 60-mu factory is located in Tinghu Environmental Protection Industrial Park. It has a production plant of 20,000 square meters and an R&D center of 3,600 square meters. Q: Can flexible heaters be used in a vacuum?
A: Yes, polyimide (Kapton) heaters are ideal for vacuum applications as they have very low outgassing. Silicone heaters are not suitable for high-vacuum environments.

Q: How do I attach a flexible heater?
A: The easiest way is with a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing. They can also be mechanically fastened with clamps or, in some cases, vulcanized or molded into a part.

Q: Can you make a heater that is transparent?
A: While not fully transparent, we can manufacture very thin polyimide heaters with clear substrates that are nearly invisible when not in use.

Q: What is the minimum bend radius?
A: This depends on the material and thickness. For thin polyimide heaters, it can be less than 1mm. For thicker silicone heaters, it's typically 3-4 times the thickness.

Q: Can you provide heaters with solder tabs or connectors?
A: Yes, we can terminate the leads with various options, including solder tabs, crimped connectors, or flying leads, to match your assembly process.

Q: Are these heaters durable?
A: Yes, they are surprisingly durable. Polyimide heaters are resistant to most chemicals and have high tensile strength. Silicone heaters are resistant to moisture and vibration.
