Heating Equipment
Plugs Material: Sinton's high-temperature plugs are manufactured mainly from: Silicone Rubber: Flexible, chemical resistant, and suitable for temperatures up to 600°F (315°C). HighTemp Vinyl: Offers good flexibility and high-temperature resistance up to 475°F (246°C). Additional materials include stainless steel and aluminum alloys for improved robustness and heat resistance. Function: Sinton's high-temperature plugs are designed to protect and seal electrical connections in high-temperature environments. They keep out liquids, chemicals, and airborne impurities, maintaining the connection clean and preventing damage, short circuits, and electrical failure. Options for Heater Mounting: Plugs are available in a variety of sizes and shapes including tapered, flanged, and others for a wide selection of applications, and can be fitted into threaded or non-threaded holes. When specifying a High-Temp Plug it is important to consider: Maximum operating temperature and exposure to chemicals. The actual application and environment. How the plug will interface with the electrical system and other materials in use. |
Features and Benefits |
●High-temperature resistance ensures reliability in significant conditions. ●Chemical resistance protects against aggressive materials. ●Electrical insulation prevents short circuits and failure. ●Customisation ensures an exceptional solution for the application. Collaboration with Sinton means access to a wide range of solution options, friendly advice, and expert guidance making Sinton the for quality and customer satisfaction in the high-temperature plug market. |
Application
These plugs are utilized in a wide range of uses, including powder coating, painting, e-coating, anodizing, galvanizing, and plating. They cover and protect both threaded and non-threaded holes, ensuring that the coating does not penetrate and stop electrical connectivity. Flexible materials grip irregular shapes sealing better, long life for cost savings, are reusable, and come in a wide selection of sizes and shapes. Matching the required temperature and chemical resistivity of the plug material to the materials and temperatures used in the application will be an important initial specification data point. |

READ MORESpare Parts play a key role in the maintenance and repair of various equipment. For example, socket ceramic terminals are important spare parts because of their high temperature resistance, excellent insulation properties, high mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance and good stability. Characteristics allow spare parts such as ceramic terminals to work stably at extremely high temperatures, effectively prevent current leakage and short circuits, withstand physical impact, remain stable in corrosive environments such as moisture, acid and alkali, and ensure equipment safety. It is precisely because of the high performance characteristics of these spare parts that they have become indispensable key components in various industries and are widely used in electrical and electronic equipment, industrial electric furnaces, household appliances and other fields.
