Features:
1. Excellent temperature resistance: It can operate stably within a wide temperature range from -269℃ to 400℃, and its short-term temperature resistance can be even higher, making it suitable for extreme environments.
2. High flexibility: PI substrate has excellent flexibility and can be bent, folded or adhered to complex curved surfaces, meeting various installation requirements.
3. Rapid heating: With high heat conduction efficiency and fast response speed, it can reach the set temperature in a short time.
4. Uniform heating: The built-in precise circuit design ensures even heat distribution and avoids local overheating.
5. Excellent insulation performance: PI material features high dielectric strength (dielectric constant approximately 4.0, dielectric loss 0.004 to 0.007), ensuring safety and reliability.
6. Chemical resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis and solvents, suitable for use in corrosive environments.
7. Lightweight design: The thickness is usually between 0.1mm and 0.5mm, which is light in weight and takes up little space.
8. Flame retardant performance: Complies with the highest flame retardant grade of UL-94 and has high safety.
9. Customizable: Supports customization of size, power, voltage, shape and heating area according to customer requirements.
