• A: We have very low MOQs for custom projects, often just a single piece for prototyping. Production MOQs will depend on the complexity and tooling required.

• Q: How long does it take to develop a custom heater?

• A: The timeline varies. A simple modification might take 1-2 weeks. A complex new design with tooling could take 6-8 weeks. We will provide a detailed timeline after reviewing your requirements.

• Q: Can you reverse-engineer a heater for which I no longer have drawings?

• A: Yes. If you can provide us with the old heater, we can measure it, test its performance, and manufacture an exact or improved replacement.

• Q: Do you sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)?

• A: Absolutely. We understand the importance of protecting your intellectual property and are happy to sign an NDA before discussing any proprietary project details.
