Heating Equipment
Polyimide flexible heaters work on the principle of resistance heating, and the internal etched circuit converts electrical energy into heat according to Joule's law when a current passes through it. The good insulation of polyimide ensures safety, improved thermal efficiency, high flexibility and dimensional stability, allowing the heater to adhere to irregular surfaces and heat steadily. Heat is transferred in the polyimide film by thermal conduction, and most of it is transferred to the heated object, accompanied by a small amount of heat radiation and heat convection, and the temperature can be accurately controlled by adjusting the current in practical applications.
Polyimide Heater Design Advantages:
1. Light and easy to bend: Thickness as low as 0.007 inches, can fit a variety of curved, irregular surfaces, easy to install on complex structures.
2. Good stability: dimensional stability, heat is not easy to deformation, can work stably for a long time.
3. High strength: superior tensile strength, durable and not easy to damage.
4. Strong chemical resistance: can resist most chemical substances, suitable for a variety of complex chemical environments.
5. Good insulation: effective isolation of current, prevent short circuit, safe use.
