Description
Polyimide Heater Element belongs to flexible heating elements and is based on polyimide film. Polyimide, as a high-performance polymer, possesses outstanding mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. Its structure usually involves laminating etched foil circuits made of metal alloys (such as nickel-chromium alloys, etc.) between two layers of lightweight polyimide films. Polyimide film not only offers excellent electrical insulation performance and has a high dielectric strength, effectively preventing leakage and other issues, but also possesses outstanding chemical resistance and can operate stably in various complex chemical environments. Meanwhile, the low gas emission characteristic of this material makes it suitable for application scenarios with strict requirements for environmental cleanliness, such as vacuum environments. During the production process, polyimide heating elements can be fabricated into various shapes and sizes according to different requirements, such as flat, curved and even three-dimensional shapes. There are also multiple thickness options available, which can be customized to meet specific application needs.
