Description
sing a single-layer polyimide film as the base material, the metal heating layer is directly deposited on the surface by sputtering process, and then cut into a specific heating path by laser. The outer layer is covered with an ultra-thin polyimide coating for insulation. The integrated structure is only 0.08-0.15mm thick, with high bonding strength and strong weather resistance, and can be used for a long time in damp and dusty environments.

4.Low heat capacity, with the temperature dropping to 50% of the ambient temperature within 3 seconds after power failure, facilitating pulse temperature control.
5.High-frequency compatibility, with dielectric loss less than 0.002 under a 10MHz high-frequency electric field, does not interfere with RF equipment.
