Heating Equipment
Polyimide heating sheets are usually equipped with temperature sensors and temperature control circuits. The temperature sensor monitors the temperature of the heating sheet or the heated object in real time, and feedbacks the temperature signal to the temperature control circuit. The control circuit compares the set temperature value with the actual measured temperature, and controls the heating power by adjusting the current input to the heating sheet, so as to achieve accurate control of the temperature. For example, when the actual temperature is lower than the set temperature, the control circuit will increase the input current, so that the heating sheet generates more heat; When the actual temperature is higher than the set temperature, the control circuit reduces the current, reduces the heating power, and keeps the temperature within the set range.
Compared to other heating tablets, polyimide heating tablets have the following significant advantages:
1. Material characteristics: high temperature resistance, can work at 200℃ -400 ℃ for a long time; Excellent mechanical properties, good flexibility, high strength, wear resistance; Good chemical stability, resistance to acid, alkali and organic solvents.
2. Heating performance: fast heating, uniform heat distribution; High electric conversion efficiency, energy saving.
3.Electrical performance: good insulation, can prevent leakage short circuit; Low electromagnetic radiation, environmental protection and safety.
4.Application characteristics: thin and light, the thickness can be as low as 0.05mm - 0.2mm, the shape and size can be customized; Easy to install, can be pasted, wound.
Technical specifications:
1.Size specifications: Common shapes are square, round, shaped and so on. Sizes as small as 15×15mm, as large as 300×300mm or larger, and custom sizes are available.
Thickness specification: Generally between 0.05mm and 0.5mm, commonly 0.2mm or smaller.
2. Electrical specifications
Working voltage: usually 3V, 5V, 12V, 24V, 100V, 220V, etc., there are also 380V cases.
Power: ranges from a few watts to several kilowatts, such as 10W-3000W.
Insulation resistance: generally greater than 100MΩ.
Electrical strength: usually UAC≥2000V.
3 Temperature specifications
The use temperature range: the long-term use temperature is generally 20℃-250℃, and some external guide lines can be up to 300℃.
Heat flux: generally not more than 1.1W/cm² without heat sink and temperature control.
4. Mechanical specifications
Flexibility: Flexible, folding, can adapt to different shapes of heated objects.
Weight: Lighter, such as no more than 278g per square meter.
3. Life specifications: the continuous service life is generally up to 10,000 hours

1.Aerospace: Used for wing deicing and thermal insulation of electronic equipment.
2.Car: including seat heating, battery heating.
3.Medical: It can realize thermal insulation of medical equipment and hot compress of physiotherapy.
4.Industry: Suitable for pipe insulation, mold heating.
5.Consumer electronics: can assist mobile phone heat dissipation, heating tablet computers.
6.Other: Auxiliary insulation in cold chain logistics, can also be used for smart clothing warm.
