Heating Equipment
Description
The Ultra-Thin Polyimide Film Heater takes extremely thin polyimide film as the core, and the interior is precisely processed metal foil or wire, combined by a special process, with a thickness of only 0.05-0.2mm. Polyimide film combines electrical insulation and environmental resistance. Some products are equipped with special coatings or back adhesives to enhance performance or facilitate installation, making them suitable for harsh space scenarios.
Advantages
1.Ultra-thin and lightweight, with a starting thickness of 0.05mm and a lifting capacity of 0.01g/cm², saving space and reducing load.
2.It has excellent flexibility, can be bent and rolled, conforms to irregular curved surfaces, and conducts heat evenly.
3.It heats up quickly and efficiently, 30% to 50% faster than traditional heaters, saving energy and improving efficiency.
4.It has a wide temperature resistance range (-200°C to 250°C), and some can withstand even more extreme temperatures.
5.Resistant to chemical corrosion, resistant to various chemical substances, solvents and corrosive gases.
6.The temperature control is accurate, reaching over ±1°C, meeting the requirements of high precision.
7.It has strong customization capabilities, and the size, power, etc. can be customized as needed.
