Heating Equipment
Resistance heating:
The current passes through a high-resistance heating element such as nickel-chromium alloy, and according to Joule's law, the electrical energy is converted into heat energy, which heats up the element.
Heat transfer:
Conduction: Heat is transferred from the heating element to the wall of the pipe or container, heating it up.
Convection:
After the liquid is heated, the hot liquid rises and the cold liquid falls to form convection, and the stirring device or circulating pump can speed up the process.
Radiation:
The heating element dissipates heat from its surroundings in the form of thermal radiation.
