This product employs high-precision expansion or strength welding techniques to ensure reliable tube bundle sealing; the shell supports fixed tube sheets, floating heads, or U-shaped tube structures, and is widely used in high cleanliness and high maintenance requirements heat exchange scenarios in the chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and energy industries.

Ultimate maintenance capability 
The clamp is 100% removable without the need to disassemble the housing or the pipeline. It can be cleaned/replaced by a single person.
Equipped with a dedicated extraction track and lifting ears, the maintenance efficiency has been increased by 300%.

Compliant with FDA/cGMP standards, with electro-polished inner surface, suitable for pharmaceutical and food-grade media.

Thermal Stress Adaptation 
The floating head/U-tube structure automatically compensates for temperature difference stress and prevents tube bundle leakage.
Expansion joints in the form of corrugated tubes are optional, capable of withstanding a temperature difference fluctuation of ±200°C. 

Efficient heat transfer 
Multi-pass tube bundle + baffle/ grid support, with high turbulence intensity, and the heat transfer coefficient is increased by 20%.
Supports low finned tubes, suitable for low Reynolds number and high viscosity media. 

Modular Customization 
The control system can be stored as separate spare parts, enabling quick replacement and reducing downtime losses.
It supports parallel operation of multiple shell circuits, and the area of a single unit can reach 1500 square meters.
