Heating Equipment
Silicone rubber heaters can be made into various shapes, sizes and thicknesses. They are highly suitable for rugged applications and have moisture resistance and chemical resistance. The silicone rubber heating elements are lightweight and flexible, capable of operating at a surface temperature of up to 450°F (230°C). Silicone rubber heaters can be easily designed to accommodate various components, such as thermostats, thermal fuses, thermocouples, thermistors, RTDs, or specialized wire harnesses. Silicone rubber heaters can be easily attached to devices by using adhesives, fasteners or RTV sealants.
Silicone heater specification is rich:
1. Shape: Rectangle, square, circle, arc and other conventional shapes, can also be customized to meet the contour needs of different equipment.
2. Size: length from a few centimeters to a few meters, width from a few centimeters to tens of centimeters, can be adapted to various sizes of equipment.
3.Thickness: between 0.5mm-5mm, thin suitable for space constraints, thick mechanical strength and insulation better.
4. Power: 10W-100W is low power, used for small local heating; 100W-500W is medium power, commonly used in general industrial heating; A power greater than 500W is high and is suitable for large devices or high temperature requirements.
5. Temperature: The operating temperature is usually from room temperature to 230°C (450°F), and the temperature control range can be set according to demand.
Application:
1. Industrial manufacturing: used for plastic injection molds to ensure molding quality; Auxiliary chemical reaction kettle temperature control, help chemical reaction; Accelerate printing ink drying, improve printing efficiency.
2. Electronic equipment: auxiliary computer CPU, graphics card heat dissipation, maintain the display effect of mobile device screen in low temperature environment.
3. Medical equipment: Ensure constant temperature of medical testing reagents and samples, and provide stable temperature for medical incubators.
4. Daily life: Make warm supplies, such as heating insoles, blankets; For coffee machine, electric kettle and other small appliances, fast heating liquid.
