Heating Equipment
Sinton Electric heating alloys are alloy materials used to make electric heating elements. When an electric current passes through the alloy element, it produces a Joule effect, converting electrical energy into heat energy. Electric heating alloy products are generally made of fine wire (electric heating wire), round wire, flat strip (resistance strip), and can also be made into pipes and castings under special requirements.
Generally, it has the characteristics of high resistivity, heat resistance fatigue, corrosion resistance and high temperature shape stability. It can efficiently convert electrical energy into heat. The electrothermal alloy forms a dense oxide film on the surface at high temperature, so it has good oxidation resistance.
details
Performance requirements:
① It should have good oxidation resistance (or corrosion resistance to medium atmosphere) and sufficient creep resistance at high temperatures.
② should have a high resistivity, resistivity temperature coefficient as low as possible, can withstand a larger current.
③ It should have good metallurgical production process performance and manufacturing processing performance.
Categories:
Electric heating alloy: according to the content of its chemical elements and the different structure, can be divided into two categories:
One is the iron chromium aluminum alloy series, The other is the nickel-chromium alloy series.
Features:
1. High temperature resistance: nickel chromium alloy high temperature resistance wire can withstand high temperature environment of up to 1200℃, maintain long-term stable resistance performance, not easy to deformation and oxidation.
2. Good mechanical properties: nickel chromium alloy high temperature resistance wire has high tensile strength and toughness, can withstand greater mechanical stress.
3. Corrosion resistance: nickel chromium alloy high temperature resistance wire is not easy to be eroded by atmosphere, water and corrosive gases, and has good corrosion resistance.
4. Stable resistance: The resistance value of nickel chromium alloy high temperature resistance wire is stable, not easily affected by the external environment, and can maintain stable electrical performance for a long time.
5. Machinability: Nichcr alloy high temperature resistance wire is easy to process and form, and can meet the needs of electric heating equipment with different shapes and sizes.
Applications:
Sinton Nickel chromium alloy high temperature resistance wire is a kind of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance alloy material, widely used in various high temperature electric furnace, electric heater, heat treatment furnace, industrial furnace and other fields. At the same time, it is also used as a thermal sensor in thermocouples. The excellent characteristics of nickel chromium alloy high temperature resistance wire provide a solid guarantee for electric heating equipment in high temperature environment.
