Heating Equipment
The hot runner coil heater is made of nichromel resistance wire, which is placed inside a nichromel steel tube filled with magnesium oxide powder and compacted for faster and more efficient heat transfer. These heaters are annealed to make them malleable and can be bent into any shape. In addition, hot runner heaters with built-in thermocouples are also available. Hot runner bushings are made of hot runner heaters of different cross sections, which are brass inside and stainless steel outside

Applications:
1. Plastic processing: used for hot runner system when injection molding, heating runner plate and nozzle, so that plastic melt to maintain good flow, improve injection efficiency and product quality, reduce waste; When extrusion is installed in the head and barrel, the raw materials are uniformly heated to ensure the stability of extrusion and the production of high-precision plastic products.
2. Rubber processing: rubber injection, heating rubber material in the hot runner system, improve molding quality and efficiency, suitable for complex rubber products; Extrusion for rubber extruder heating, improve fluidity, to ensure product size stability, smooth surface, for the production of seals, hose and so on.
3. Electronic manufacturing: SMT reflow welding equipment, as a heating element precise temperature control, to ensure normal melting of solder paste, improve welding quality; In semiconductor packaging, it is used to heat the packaging mold or equipment to allow the packaging material to cure quickly and evenly.
