In the golden autumn, the fragrant osmanthus fills the air. On the afternoon of October 8th, Sinton Group held a grand launch conference themed "Riding the Wind to Overcome the Four Seasons, Uniting Efforts to Reach New Heights" at its headquarters business school. Group leaders and representatives of various companies gathered together to jointly embark on the struggle journey of the last quarter of 2025.





At the beginning of the conference, all the participants watched a wonderful video together, which reviewed the hardworking footprints and warm moments of the Sinton people in the first three quarters of 2025. Each real story depicted the tenacious figures of the Sinton people as they moved forward, and also coalesced into the solid force for the group's development.



Subsequently, Chairman Wang Fu-hua of the group delivered an important speech. He expressed his deep gratitude to all the family members for their hard work in the first three quarters, and put forward seven practical suggestions on "how to win the final battle":

  3. Remember to "look back": Look back at the customers' appreciation, colleagues' support, and the dreams set at the beginning of the year, and use perfection to pay tribute to the original intention.
  4. Become the "star promoter" of Sinton: Encourage employees to share real moments such as customer gratitude, project acceptance, and colleagues' concentration on social platforms, and jointly shape a warm brand image.
  5. Incorporate the "altruistic" spirit: Instead of competing on price, win the trust of customers with superior services and professional solutions, and promote the implementation of "customer first" as detailed actions.
  6. Light up the future with "teaching and guiding": Advocate the teaching concept of "I do, you watch; I do, you assist; you do, I assist; you do, I don't watch", to pass on skills, mindset and standards.
  7. Make "acting immediately" the foundation: Advocate the style of "acting immediately, must act, and act until success", to win competitiveness with speed.


During the "If I Were the General Manager" brainstorming session, representatives from various companies enthusiastically took the stage to discuss how they would drive the company's development if they were in charge - from market expansion, internal management, to product innovation, customer service, with intense brainstorms and numerous insightful remarks. This not only stimulated innovative vitality but also enhanced the cohesion and centripetal force of the team.

Subsequently, the conference moved on to the business competition segment. The group announced the results of the third-quarter competition and released the fourth-quarter competition plan, motivating all teams to strive for excellence and achieve even greater success. Wang Xiaodan, the general manager of Sinton Energy, shared examples of energy-saving renovation projects and cooperation models, injecting new ideas and momentum into business expansion.













The warm birthday celebration added a "home-like" warmth to the conference. The employees whose birthdays fell in the third quarter gathered on the stage, sang the birthday song together, made wishes and cut the cake, and received sincere blessings from all their family members. The atmosphere was warm and the feelings were genuine.
