Heating Equipment
The K-type thermocouple, specially designed for oil and gas extraction, transportation and processing, adopts nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon alloy thermoelectrodes to accurately sense temperature and output thermoelectric potential signals. Equipped with corrosion-resistant protective tubes made of stainless steel 316L, Hastelloy and other materials, and through standard threaded interfaces such as NPT1/2 and M16×1.5, it can be stably installed in equipment under harsh working conditions to achieve reliable temperature measurement.

Product Application
1. Oil extraction: Installed at the wellhead device, it monitors the crude oil temperature in real time, providing data basis for the optimization of oil production processes and the assessment of oil well productivity. In the downhole monitoring system, the formation temperature is measured to assist in judging the reservoir dynamics and predicting the production life of oil Wells.
2.Natural gas production: It is used in purification devices for natural gas dehydration, desulfurization, etc., to monitor the process temperature, ensure the purification effect, and prevent equipment from scaling and corrosion due to abnormal temperature. In the compressor unit, the temperatures of lubricating oil, cylinders and other parts are measured to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
3.Oil and gas transportation: Installed at intervals along oil and gas pipelines, monitor the fluid temperature inside the pipes to prevent problems such as pipe condensation and hydrate blockage caused by excessively low temperatures. At pumping stations and valve stations, measure the temperatures of key equipment such as pump bodies and valves to promptly identify potential equipment failure hazards.
4. Oil refining and petrochemicals: In oil refining process equipment such as atmospheric and vacuum distillation, catalytic cracking, and hydrorefining, precisely measure the reaction temperature and the temperature inside the tower, control the production process, and ensure product quality; In petrochemical production facilities, such as ethylene cracking furnaces and polymerization reactors, temperature monitoring is carried out to ensure that chemical reactions proceed as per process requirements.
