Heating Equipment
The J-type thermocouple uses Seebeck effect to measure temperature. It consists of a loop of iron wire and Constantine alloy wire. Place one end (hot end) where it is being measured and the other end (cold end) where the temperature is known. When there is a temperature difference between the two ends, due to the different characteristics of the two metals, electrons run from the hot end to the cold end to produce a voltage. In a certain temperature range, the voltage and the temperature difference are roughly proportional, and the voltage control relationship table can be measured to know the temperature to be measured.
Application :
1. Iron and steel metallurgy industry: used for blast furnace, steelmaking furnace temperature monitoring and continuous casting billet temperature monitoring.
2. Petrochemical industry: It can monitor and control the temperature of reactor and heating furnace, and is also used for pipeline temperature monitoring.
3. Power industry: can monitor the temperature of key parts of boilers, turbines, generators and other equipment.
4. Glass and ceramic industry: temperature control and monitoring of glass furnaces and ceramic kilns can be achieved.
5. Heat treatment industry: temperature control and monitoring during metal quenching, tempering and surface treatment.
