Since the beginning of the year, Sinton Thermal Energy has accomplished a major feat —
the 34MW superheated steam complete equipment project was successfully completed and passed acceptance inspection. This is no small endeavor, marking a significant step forward in large-scale industrial thermal energy solutions.

Even more encouraging, its self-developed horizontal electric infrared grain drying equipment has obtained a special agricultural machinery certification, paving the way to enter the modern agricultural equipment market.

Sinton Energy has also been busy. Closely following the national "dual carbon" direction, its zero-carbon industrial park business has accelerated. Leveraging an integrated "technology + investment + in-house engineering" model, it has signed several pilot projects in Q1. The momentum is strong.

02. Import-Export Trade: Going global, breaking through, exceeding targets

The team at Sinton Import & Export truly gave it their all in Q1.
Performance completion rate: 115%, surpassing the goal. Domestic and international customers have come knocking one after another — thanks to their resilience and determination.

Even more encouraging is the team’s growth — transitioning from sales to engineering roles, and from technical staff to solution experts. These changes have ultimately translated into tangible market rewards.

03. Modern Services: Heartfelt work, solid support

The service sector may keep a low profile, but it does heartwarming work.

Suyuan Company has kept the three major industrial parks in excellent order. With refined investment promotion and attentive customer care, both lease renewals and new tenants exceeded targets, achieving 109% of performance goals. Asset operation efficiency has been rising, providing a stable foundation for the Group.

Sinton Enterprise Services accomplished the following in Q1:

Over 150 repairs and maintenance tasks completed

At Sinton Sports, children’s laughter fills the air.
Basketball, badminton, fitness training — over 500 children participated in youth training services. The newly launched "Spring Break Special Activity Camp" became a sensation, drawing far more sign-ups than expected.
