Drum Immersion Heater Thermostat Over the Side, using side mounted structure, saving space and easy to operate and maintain. Equipped with premium immersion heating elements, such as Incoloy 800 material, with good thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance, components are customized according to barrel type and requirements. Built-in high-precision temperature sensors such as thermocouples or thermal resistors can quickly and accurately sense liquid temperature and convert it into electrical signals. As the core, the control unit compares the sensor signal with the set temperature to accurately control the working state of the heating element.
Technical specifications:
1.Heating element size: The length of the heating element of the TAT10004 model is 37 5/8 inches and the length of the riser is 51 5/16 inches. The shapes, lengths and power combinations of components vary from model to model.
2.Power and voltage: The power is 6 kW, the power density is 23 watts per square inch, the supply voltage is 480 volts, and the three-phase power supply is used. The factory can be wired according to three phases, and can also be easily converted to single phase wiring.
3.Other features: 9.5 mm (3/8 inch) diameter thermocouple sleeve for optional thermostat. The thermostat can be installed on-site on the mounting lugs of the electrical housing. The 102 mm (4 in) anti-settling foot keeps the heating element away from the bottom of the tank, higher than any sediment that may accumulate.
