Recently, the second phase of Sinton Group's 2025 Cadre Training Camp was held at the group's headquarters. This training camp takes "Strengthening Quality, promoting Collaboration, and Enhancing Efficiency" as its core theme, aiming to improve the strategic execution capabilities of managers at all levels of the group through systematic training and practical exercises, and ensure the effective implementation of the group's strategic goals.
During the leadership speech session, Chairman Wang Fuhua emphasized that each participating cadre is the person responsible for the implementation of the strategy. They need to engage in learning with an open mind, let go of fixed experiences, break down departmental barriers, and achieve cross-departmental collaborative operations. Chairman Wang pointed out that this training is not only an accumulation of knowledge but also the starting point of action. He called on everyone to transform what they have learned into productive forces and effectively promote the realization of the group's strategic goals.
This training camp is led by Li Jian, the chairman and CEO of Action Education. With over 40 years of business experience, Teacher Li Jian deeply analyzed the significance of strategic consistency and the path to its realization. He pointed out that strategic consistency is the key to achieving overall and sustained performance growth for all employees. All units within the group must work together with one heart and one mind. In response to the widespread problem of disconnection in strategic execution at present, Teacher Li Jian proposed a "four-in-one" implementation plan, that is, the organic combination of the strategic blueprint, growth map, construction map and time node map, to ensure that the group's strategy can be decomposed layer by layer and effectively implemented.
During the group discussion and sharing session, the trainees formulated detailed learning and improvement plans based on their own job realities. By filling out the improvement plan form, the trainees not only clarified the core gains and reflections, but also formulated specific improvement plans, and set responsible persons, time nodes and inspectors to ensure that the improvement measures could be effectively implemented.
In addition, the training camp also set up a variety of interactive sessions, including sharing within groups and sharing by group representatives, which promoted communication and learning among the trainees. Through the learning in this training camp, not only has the understanding of strategic consistency been deepened, but also practical strategic execution tools and methods have been mastered, providing strong support for better promoting the implementation of the group's strategy in the future.
With the successful conclusion of this training camp, managers at all levels of Sinton Group have deeply grasped the core essence of strategic consistency and clearly recognized its significance as a guide for action. In the future, everyone will put what they have learned into practice with concrete actions, uphold a strong sense of responsibility and mission, and actively engage in the promotion of the group's strategic goals.
