On May 5th, the first phase of Sinton Group's 2025 Cadre Training Camp officially kicked off at the group's headquarters. This training camp, themed "Passing on Culture, Strengthening Management, and Enhancing Execution", brought together managers at all levels from the group headquarters and its subsidiaries. Wang Fuhua, the chairman of the group, Chen Hui, the general manager of Suyuan Electromechanical Company, and Wang Xiaodan, the general manager of Xingtai Energy Company, respectively served as lecturers, presenting a feast of ideas and wisdom to the trainees.
Chairman Wang Fuhua gave a lecture on "Corporate Culture and Values". Starting from the origin of "Xingtai", he interpreted the leadership of "softness, compliance and bearing" in the "Kun Hexagram philosophy" and the responsibility and commitment in the "Ding Culture", calling on cadres to be the "torchbearers" of cultural inheritance. Chairman Wang, through the meaning of the graphic logo of Sinton Group, deeply analyzed the core values of integrity, responsibility, co-creation and sharing, and looked forward to the group's vision of technological research and development and global layout in the next five years. He emphasized: "Cadres need to adopt a dual perspective of 'being pragmatic in the present and planning for the future', balance short-term goals with long-term strategies, and lead the team to scale the next peak."
General Manager Chen Hui gave a lecture on "The Role Positioning and Cognition of Managers". Starting from the role transformation of managers, she analyzed the core differences between "key employees" and "managers", and pointed out that managers need to shift from "specialists" to "generalists", and from "individual heroes" to "team leaders". Through case analysis, Mr. Chen elaborated in depth on common role misunderstandings of managers, such as "local emperor" and "representative of public opinion", emphasizing that managers should clearly define their position as "connecting the upper and lower levels", being both the executors of strategies and the leaders of the team. At the end of the course, she guided the trainees to reflect on themselves with the "Ability Coordinates of Managers", and the on-site interaction was very lively.
General Manager Wang Xiaodan, under the title of "Strategic Execution and Goal Management", vividly expounded that strategic failures often stem from execution deviations by drawing on the historical case of the "Battle of Jieting". She systematically introduced the PDCA cycle of Policy and Objectives Management (MBO) and emphasized practical key points such as "the need for SMART goal decomposition" and "prioritizing the improvement of methods when resources are insufficient". Through group practical exercises, the trainees learned how to transform the company's strategy into the department's annual plan and key issues, and used Gantt charts to promote the realization of the goals. General Manager Wang pointed out: "Managers should not only 'pull the cart with their heads down' but also 'look up and see the road ahead' to ensure that the team's actions are in harmony with the corporate vision."
This training is not only a transfer of knowledge, but also a collective empowerment for the Xingtai management team. In the future, the group will continue to carry out stratified and categorized cadre training programs. Through systematic training, practical exercises and benchmarking learning, it aims to build a high-quality management team that "understands strategy, is strong in execution and has a sense of responsibility", providing a solid talent guarantee for the high-quality development of the group.
